2010 Artega GT

The Artega GT sports car perfectly fills the niche between the range of high-volume production sports cars and the pure driving machines that many sports car manufacturers produce. The combination of impressive driving performance, high exclusivity and social acceptance makes for a unique vehicle profile. Apart from this, this sports car represents a new concept in vehicle construction. The Artega GT achieves excellent driving performance thanks more to its low weight than the high engine power.

Performance

The Artega GT combines a low power-to-weight ratio of 4.28 kg/HP with a state-of-the-art drivetrain; the result is an impressive level of agility. From a standing start, the Artega GT sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in under five seconds. Passenger safety is ensured through highly effective crash modules at the front and back, steel side impact protection, four airbags and the very latest driver assistance systems. Unlike pure driving machines, the Artega GT is also very suitable for everyday use thanks to its spacious interior.

Exclusivity

The Artega GT’s exceptional shape is unique and was conceived by renowned designer Henrik Fisker (creator of the BMW Z8 and the Aston Martin Vantage amongst others). With the length of a small car (4.01 m) and the width of a luxury limousine (1.88 m), the overall look is breathtaking. Also unique is the lightweight and extremely tough polyurethane outer shell. Hand-crafted production in the Artega factory is testament to a high level of individuality. It is here that these unique, hand-crafted cars are produced.

Sustainability

The Artega GT’s exceptionally light weight is down to a range of materials used in the world of racing (aluminium space frame, high-strength steel and carbon fibre-reinforced composites). The low power-to-weight ratio in turn produces a forward-looking ecobalance and surprisingly low fuel consumption values: average fuel consumption, in accordance with the EURO 4 standard, is just 8.9 l/100 km, which is outstanding for a sports car. Resource-saving procedures in production and a high recycle rate also contribute to the social acceptance of the Artega GT.

Mini cooper performance parts

We can’t miss the wheel disks. In this case they’re exclusive – a model family Anniversary-I-Mini. Strictly speaking, they’re 18 spokes discs, with low-profile Hankook tires. No doubt that they’re very good manufactured. We can see very clearly brake discs HAMMAN through them. Disk brake caliper is red painted.

Let’s talk aboutof this tiny car a litl’bit more. Tuners didn’t forget about sporting gear, which is 50mm lower compared to the stock version.

Engine tuning is more interesting part – Mini Cooper S was improved with 41hp to the total 211hp (151kW). Torque was improved too, now it’s 255Nm. Thanks to that, top speed is now 229km/h and acceleration 0-100km/h is 6,6 seconds.

So what do you mean? Think about that it’s still little Mini. This modification is called „Sportkit CS4“ in HAMANN’s menu.
